What Is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care is a membership model that removes insurance billing from your primary care relationship.
Lumen Integrative Health is a direct primary care practice for adults 18–64 serving Georgia and Florida residents.

Individual Membership
$99 / month
*minimum 6-month enrollment
Your monthly membership includes:

These services are billed separately by the lab, imaging center, or pharmacy, so additional costs may include:

Non-Members
Individual visits are available for patients who prefer not to enroll in a Direct Primary Care membership. Individual visit options include:

New Patient visit (required): $250

Follow up: $150

Urgent Care: $75
You can use HSA or FSA funds for your visits.
However, integrative medicine, medical weight loss, and hormone therapy services require an active membership. These services involve ongoing evaluation, monitoring, and continuity of care, which are best supported within the Direct Primary Care model.
Membership ensures appropriate follow-up, lab review, medication management, and long-term oversight to provide safe and comprehensive care.
